These terms apply to online advertisements on the Fasil App.

SERVICES

Client engages the Advertiser to provide advertising services on the APP Fasil, and Fasil accepts the engagement.

Specifically, Fasil agrees to provide and complete the following services in a timely, efficient, and professional manner:

Fasil shall be responsible for providing the Client with the services of adding the clients name on the APP and its attachments. In case any additional services shall be required Fasil shall provide the required services for additional fees.

 

Contract dates

• This Contract shall be valid for the chosen period after the starting date.

• After the commencement date for the chosen period, this contract and its attachments shall automatically be renewed on a monthly basis.

• Client or Advertiser may cancel the contract by giving to the other party at least thirty days (30) written notice of termination.

• Please note that this contract cannot be “put on hold” or altered (except for amendments made and agreed by both parties).

 

The client guarantees to the advertiser (Fasil App) that:

1. Any materials or information supplied in connection with the Advertisement is accurate, complete, true and not misleading.

2. It has obtained the consent of any living person whose name or image (in whole or in part) is contained in any Advertisement.

3. The advertisement will not be prejudicial to the image or reputation of Fasil App and will not contain anything that Fasil App in good faith considers to be offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

 

Rights

The advertiser (Fasil App) owns the copyright in all advertisements written or designed by it or on its behalf.

 

Brand safety

The advertiser (Fasil App) will share a set of guidelines and technical specifications when delivering content for the Fasil App. Fasil App Team may implement its default brand safety measures in respect to the app to ensure the quality of the app.

 

ADVERTISING FEES

• The Client shall pay the chosen advertising fee for the service rendered by the Advertiser during the period. All Fees are non-refundable.

•  Fasil App may change its rate at any time after the initial contract ends.

• If the rates were to change, the advertiser (Fasil App) will make sure to announce the modified rates at least thirty (30) days prior.

 

 CONFIDENTIALITY

The Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all the essential information shared, opened, and created during the course of this Contract. Disclosing any information, regardless of the size or nature, can be grounds for early termination or may be liable for penalty fees.

 

AMENDMENTS

Termination for this Contract shall require the written consent discussing the matter and the approval of both Parties.

 

ENTIRE CONTRACT

Fasil and Client confirm that they have read, understood, and reviewed the contents of this Contract and agree to be bound by the said terms and conditions until its completion and termination.
